Where not? Who is responsible for decisions? Ethical guidelines and an internal AI Code of Conduct can help here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Classify AI correctly:<\/strong><br><strong>AI is not a search engine<\/strong>&nbsp;- it hallucinates, invents, simplifies. What sounds plausible is not necessarily correct. Always cross-check - especially with critical topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Make people aware of bias:<\/strong><br>Every AI model bears traces of its training data - and therefore&nbsp;<strong>cultural, gender-specific or social distortions (bias)<\/strong>. Therefore: question content, promote a variety of perspectives and examine sensitive areas of application particularly closely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Create transparency:<\/strong><br>Employees and stakeholders should know,&nbsp;<strong>where and how AI is used in the company<\/strong>&nbsp;- and which decisions are made on a machine basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>Serving education &amp; training:<\/strong><br>Employees need tools for classification: training on the opportunities, risks and ethical use of AI is part of every company that takes responsibility seriously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. <strong>Do not leave AI alone:<\/strong><br>Good AI applications are&nbsp;<strong>hybrid<\/strong>&nbsp;- the machine provides suggestions, the human decides. Responsibility always remains with the human being.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f<\/strong><strong> SERVING SUGGESTION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ethically deployed AI can speed up processes, promote new ideas and make everyday working life easier. But only if it&nbsp;<strong>not as a path of truth<\/strong>but as a tool with limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udccc<\/strong><strong> Tip from the chef<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regular reflection in the team - for example in the form of \"AI check-ins\" - helps to keep the deployment up-to-date, fair and responsible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color
