Hacer que este conocimiento interno sea espec\u00edficamente accesible y est\u00e9 \"preparado para el futuro\" es el contenido de una serie de formaci\u00f3n gratuita (u.lab 1.0 y u.lab 2.0) que el MIT ofrece actualmente de forma anual y gratuita. En la formaci\u00f3n se desarrolla una nueva visi\u00f3n de la propia empresa y de los posibles potenciales de cambio a lo largo de un proceso de transformaci\u00f3n en forma de U, cuyo resultado conduce a opciones concretas de actuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La Teor\u00eda U es...<\/strong><br>...un marco que describe un proceso de cambio que puede ser personal, organizativo, comunitario o global.\u00a0<br>...un estado mental que opera desde una conciencia m\u00e1s profunda del \"todo\".<br>...un movimiento que est\u00e1 en red en todo el mundo para trabajar por un futuro m\u00e1s justo \"para todos\". \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He aqu\u00ed algunas cuestiones que la Teor\u00eda U nos invita a considerar:<br>1. \u00bfTengo en cuenta el punto de vista de mi interlocutor cuando creo mi propia visi\u00f3n de un futuro ideal?<br>\u00bfTomo en serio a los dem\u00e1s actores de mi ecosistema o niego su posici\u00f3n?<br>3. \u00bfLa forma en que trabajo actualmente promover\u00e1 activamente el cambio que quiero ver?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya he realizado la formaci\u00f3n dos veces. No est\u00e1 exento de esfuerzo, pero en cualquier caso merece la pena. Lo mejor es entusiasmar a otras personas de su empresa y luego formar juntos grupos de trabajo orientados al tema.
