La mayor\u00eda de las empresas se han dado cuenta hace tiempo de que invertir en responsabilidad social corporativa (RSC) apoya sus objetivos empresariales a largo plazo.<br>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no introducir un programa de voluntariado corporativo en el que los empleados puedan implicarse por el bien com\u00fan?<br>Todo el mundo puede participar en la b\u00fasqueda de organizaciones locales orientadas al bien com\u00fan: \u00bfQui\u00e9n tiene ya contactos? \u00bfQu\u00e9 \u00e1mbitos les gustar\u00eda conocer a los empleados?<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83c\udf73<\/strong><strong> PREPARACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><br>Templar la cultura corporativa hacia la apertura, la curiosidad y el inter\u00e9s por el bien com\u00fan. Implicar a la direcci\u00f3n, a ser posible actuando como modelo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-decoration:none\">2. <strong>Simplifique la selecci\u00f3n de socios:<\/strong><br><strong>Organizaciones intermediarias<\/strong>\u00a0ayudar a establecer contacto con socios adecuados sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, aclarar las condiciones marco y apoyar la colaboraci\u00f3n.<br>\u27a4 La Bundesverband UPJ e.V. Importante: filtra bien las opciones en funci\u00f3n de tus capacidades, presupuesto e intereses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. <strong>Activar a los empleados:<\/strong><br>Haga visibles las oportunidades, por ejemplo, a trav\u00e9s de canales de comunicaci\u00f3n interna, d\u00edas de acci\u00f3n o informes de experiencias. Las herramientas de matchmaking o las campa\u00f1as de equipo fomentan la participaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. <strong>Crear espacios libres:<\/strong><br>Reconocer el tiempo para el compromiso como parte del horario laboral, por ejemplo, mediante un n\u00famero fijo de horas al a\u00f1o o como parte de los d\u00edas de equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. <strong>Red y honor:<\/strong><br>Cree peri\u00f3dicamente espacios de intercambio entre empleados y organizaciones, por ejemplo mediante \"encuentros de voluntariado\" o historias de \u00e9xito en la intranet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. <strong>Reflexionar y seguir desarrollando:<\/strong><br>Obtenga comentarios, visualice el impacto, documente los factores de \u00e9xito y siga mejorando las cosas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\ud83c\udf7d\ufe0f<\/strong><strong> SUGERENCIA PARA SERVIR:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El voluntariado corporativo sabe especialmente bien cuando se permite a los empleados aportar sus propias ideas y las actividades se enmarcan en el contexto de los ODS.
