En cada reuni\u00f3n se presentar\u00eda brevemente un enfoque \/ idea \/ pieza del rompecabezas seleccionada por uno mismo (aprox. 20 minutos). De este modo, se pueden hacer visibles enfoques alternativos y se puede entablar una conversaci\u00f3n sobre el futuro desarrollo innovador de la propia empresa.<br><br>Tal vez pueda comenzar con el primer impulso y los colegas interesados puedan continuar la serie. Tambi\u00e9n puede invitar a expertos en el tema para que den un discurso de apertura.<br><br><strong>Variaci\u00f3n<\/strong><br>Paralelamente, cree una \"mesa redonda\" en su organizaci\u00f3n. Comience con 3-4 colegas interesados y hable sobre los impulsos presentados y los posibles cambios en su organizaci\u00f3n.
